Absolutely! We provide the best and effective workout routines that complement together with your nutrition plan.
Working with MTOWN Monsta 1-on-1, you receive weekly coaching feedback. Every single Thursday evening, you will receive a form to complete on how you performed that week with all things fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. This form must be submitted by Friday to receive that week's coaching. The latest deadline to receive that week's coaching is at 11:59 PM PST. If not submitted by that time, you will miss your opportunity to receive that week's personalized coaching from MTOWN due to demand and accountability for you to do what you said you were going to do in agreeing to this. I will have no more than 48 hours to respond to you. We'll do so on a first-come, first-served basis for your weekly coaching feedback. You will receive this via the email that you provided us.
